Adding Viewers to a Zeck
Once your Zeck is complete and ready to be shared, the next step is giving your audience access by adding them as Viewers.

Step 1: Confirm that users have been invited on the People page
💡 If the user you’re trying to assign as a Viewer has already been invited to your Zeck platform, you can skip ahead to "Step 2: Add Viewers to your Zeck" below.
Before someone can view a published Zeck, they need to be invited to your Zeck platform on the People page.

Navigate to the People page from your Homepage.

Click Invite People.
Now you can choose how to invite them:
Option A: 📧 Invitation with a Notification
If you want viewers to be notified they've been invited to your organization's Zeck platform:

Enter the email address(es) in the prompt box, separating multiple emails with a comma and a space.

Click Invite.
This will send an automated email prompting them to create an account with a password. It’s especially useful when you want someone to know right away that they have access to your Zeck platform, so they can complete their account setup on their end.
Option B: 🔕 Silent Invitation with No Notification
If you’d like viewers to be added to your platform without triggering an email notification:

Enter the email address(es) in the prompt box, separating multiple emails with a comma and a space.

Check Don’t Send Email Invitations.

Click Invite.
This will add them to your organization’s Zeck platform without sending an email notification. This approach is especially useful for board members who don’t need to be alerted immediately.
Step 2: Manage Viewers in the Zeck Editor
Once a user on the People page roster, you can grant them viewing access to a specific published Zeck.

Open the Zeck you want to share.

Click the Three Dots at the top of the Section Navigation.

Select Manage Viewers.

- Start typing in the name(s) of the users you want to add in the + Add people field to populate them as an option and then click Add Viewers.

- Alternatively, you can click the dropdown arrow and use the People without Viewer Access filter to help identify other available users to add.
After this, click Publish, then share the Zeck by copying the link to the published site and sending it to your viewers.
⚠️ A few things to remember:

Your Zeck must be published before Viewers can access it. Any changes made after publishing will not appear on the Published Site until you click Publish Changes.

Publishing or re-publishing updates won’t automatically alert Viewers. You decide the right time and method to share the link to the published Zeck.

Editor comments are not visible on the published Zeck.

Enabling Request Access lets viewers request entry if they haven’t been invited or added as Viewers. It’s a handy backup option to make sure no one gets left out.
- Don't forget to toggle on your Board Directors on the People page so they can Pre-vote.
