You'll never have to worry about your Viewers easily getting access to your secure Zeck with Request Access. This feature makes sharing flexible and easy.

2. Set up Request Access
The Request Access feature can be turned on for each Zeck. When enabled, this feature allows people who were not in your initial list of approved Viewers to request access to the site. Account Admins will receive an email notification whenever someone requests access to a Zeck.
To enable Request Access:
- Navigate to the Manage Viewers module at the top of the Section Navigation in the Zeck Editor
- Click Manage Viewers
- Click Viewer Access Requests
- Check the box to Allow People to Request Viewer Access
🤓 Pro Tip: We always recommend enabling Request Access for Investor Updates, Sales Pitches, Fundraising Pitches and any time you want that additional sharing flexibility. It can also be great for your first few Board Meetings with Zeck as your Viewers get used to a new platform.
3. Approve Viewer Access Requests
When a potential Viewer requests access you will receive a notification email and you'll see their name appear in the Viewer Access Requests panel under the viewer management settings in the Editor.
To Approve Viewer Access Requests:
- You can either click Grant Access in the notification email, or
- You can click Grant Access in the Viewer Access Requests panel within the Zeck.
