Once you’ve set up your template and added Contributors to the various sections of your Zeck, you can really dig in and start collaborating in the Editor.
Commenting in the Editor
The Editor Comments are a great collaboration tool. These comments WILL NOT be visible to your Viewers on the Published Zeck so you can have as much back and forth in the Editor as you want and will never need to worry about deleting the comments.
To make a comment in a section:
- Highlight the text you would like to comment on
- The Formatting Menu will open, click Comment
- Type in your comment and click Post ↩
- Your comment will now be visible to other Admins and Section Contributors
- You can @mention other Contributors to bring their attention to something.
Tagging someone in and Editor Comment will send them an email Notification and direct them back to that Section.
To delete a comment:
- If you would like to delete a comment, hover over the comment and click the Three Dots to the right of the comment. Click Delete. Click Delete Comment.
