Sharing the Link to your Published Zeck

Once you Zeck is complete, you'll need to share it with your Viewers. We always recommend sharing your Zeck a week ahead of your meeting.

2. Link to Published Site 

When you're ready to share a published Zeck with your Viewers, you will need to send them the link to the Published Site. 

Sending the Link to the Published Site:

  1. Once a Zeck is published, click the 🔗 Link icon just to the right of the Publish Button. This will copy the URL to the Published Site into your computer's clipboard. 
  2. Paste this into an email and let the Viewers know that they can access Zeck through the link. Below are two Sample Email Drafts that you can use when you sharing your Zeck. We recommend reminding them to leave comments, pre-vote and review all Pre-Read sections. 
  3. We also recommend sharing your Zeck a week in advance to ensure that your Viewers have plenty of time for a pre-meeting calibration.  

3. Email Draft for Passwordless "Magic Link" Access

Draft to send after you've added Members, made them Viewers and published your Zeck.

Hi [Names],

Here’s a secure link to our [COMPANY] Zeck. Zeck is a platform we’re using to modernize our meetings and give you a chance to engage more deeply.

Some quick notes…

  • Zeck is a secure website instead of a deck. It’s a way better experience and we look forward to sharing it. 
  • You’ll be able to review our content on any device, including your phone. 
  • You can use the Comment button to give feedback or ask questions in advance of our live meeting.  This is all super helpful to us.

4. Email Draft for Standard, Password-Based Access

When you add your people to Zeck to create a standard account, they'll get an automated email to join your company. You can send the email below just before you add them so they know what to expect.

Hi [Names],

Please keep an eye out for an invite to Zeck, a platform we’re using to modernize our meetings and give you a chance to engage more deeply.

Some quick notes…

  • Zeck is a secure website instead of a deck. It’s a way better experience and we look forward to sharing it. 
  • You’ll be able to review our content on any device, including your phone.
  • You can use the Comment button to give feedback or ask questions in advance of our live meeting.  This is all super helpful to us.
  • If you don’t see this email in the next few minutes, it may have been routed to your Social, Promotions, or Spam folder. You can search your inbox for zeck@zeck.app to easily track it down.

Once you accept the invite, you’re all set. If you don't see any materials upon logging in, I’ll email a secure link to our board materials as soon as they’re ready for your review.

5. Pro Tips for Sharing your Zeck

While sharing your Zeck is easy, there are a few things you'll want to consider:

  • Always make sure that you've added Viewers to the Zeck. 
  • It's a great idea to also make sure that you'd turned on Request Access so all of your intended Viewers have an easy time accessing the site. 
  • This Viewer Guide has some handy tips to consider when thinking through the standard Viewer experience.
  • Publishing a Zeck DOES NOT send your Viewers any kind of notification. You can publish as many times as you'd like without your Viewers knowing. Once you're ready to share with them, you simply share the link to the Published Site by clicking the 🔗 Link icon next to the Publish button and sending the link to your Viewers.
