While most people use Zeck for Board Meetings, it can be utilized really well for a ton of other use cases. Let's dig in.

2. Use Cases to Consider
Zeck was built with board meetings as our primary focus, but we quickly found that our best customers organically started using Zeck for for more than just board meetings. Here are use cases that you might want to consider:
- Investor Updates | these are a natural next step after board meetings because you'll often use the board meeting content as a starting point for your investor update. Simply duplicate your board Zeck, remove what you don't want to include, add some custom content for your investors and you're ready to go. (💡tip: this is also great for NPO donor updates)
- All Hands | much like investor updates, we've found that team all hands meetings pull content directly from the board materials so you can recycle existing Zeck content and easily pull together an all hands Zeck to share with the team without a ton of extra work from leadership.
- Leadership Meetings | we've talked about re-using content from your board Zeck, but this also works ahead of your board meeting. By using Zeck for your leadership meetings, you will both have better and more efficient leadership meetings, but you'll also speed up your board Zeck Prep process because you'll have supporting materials already built out on the platform.
- Fundraising & Sales Pitches | if Zeck has taught us anything, it's that no one wants to read a deck on their phones... and people are always reviewing this stuff on their phones. Create more impactful pitches by sharing them through Zeck. Bonus, you'll also be able to utilize Request Access and Analytics to have a better sense of who's interested. (💡tip: we've also seen people create Due Diligence Zecks in lieu of an outside data room to make sharing documentation with investors easy and centralized.)
- Board Resources | you can create folders and Zecks to store your historic board content as well. This keeps all relevant board-related materials in one central location and you'll be able to link to relevant information in your board meetings Zecks.
This is just a quick list of additional use cases that we've seen work well across the majority of our customers. But, the reality is that you can create a Zeck for any meeting for which you'd like to drive better engagement, communication, and consistency. If you have questions about how to set up custom use cases, reach out to your favorite Zeck Human and we'll solve everything.
