You’ve embraced Zeck and said goodbye to slide decks — now it’s time to get comfortable running your meeting in Zeck. You’re in the right place.
Tips for Presenting with Zeck
The goal with Zeck is for your board (or audience) to review your update before your live meeting. That way, your live session becomes a discussion and not just everyone re-reading content that you already read. Ideally, you’ll spend time reviewing comments, data, and your Deep Dive topics together rather than walking through every section line by line.
You’ll still have your Zeck up on a screen for reference. Here’s how to make that look great:
💡 Navigating Smoothly
-
Use Arrow Keys:
-
➡️ Right Arrow: Jump to the top of the next section
-
⬅️ Left Arrow: Go back to the previous section
-
⬇️ Down Arrow: Scroll down slightly
-
⬆️ Up Arrow: Scroll up slightly
This feels a bit like advancing slides — but remember, Zeck is designed to read more like an engaging, flowing article than a deck of slides.
-
- Use the Navigation Bar:
You can also open the navigation bar on the left to quickly jump to any section.
🖥️ Going Full Screen
Want to keep the focus on your Zeck and hide the rest of your browser?
Switch to Full Screen mode and set your browser to hide the toolbar while in full screen.
For example, in Chrome:
Go to View → uncheck “Always Show Toolbar in Full Screen.”
This gives you a clean, distraction-free presentation view.
🔍 Zooming In on Images
Need a closer look? Click any image to expand it to full screen — perfect for screenshots or data visuals you want to discuss in detail.
Summary
Zeck helps make board (and other) meetings smoother by encouraging asynchronous review and more engaging, focused discussions. Presenting with Zeck is about guiding the conversation — not flipping slides.
