If a user's account was set up via the passwordless access, they can always add a password to their account and log in to Zeck the traditional way
If your viewer is already on the People page, they can set up their password via the following steps:
- Click on the Having Trouble Signing In link
- Enter your email address in the Email Box
- Click Send Me Secure Reset Instructions
- You will receive an email with further instructions
- In the Reset Password email, click the Change Password button. This will take you to a page where you can input your new password.
- Type your new password into the New Password field. Type your new password again into the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Change Password.
- Congrats, your new password is set and you are ready to go. Return to the secure Sign In page and enter your new credentials. 🎉
