Once you've completed your board meeting you may want to Archive a Zeck so no further changes can be made.

2. Archive a Zeck
Archive allows an Admin to "lock" everyone out of the Editor for a specific Zeck.
To Archive a Zeck:
- Navigate to the Homepage
- Click the Three Dots on the bottom corner of the Zeck Tile you'd like to Archive
- Choose Archive from the Menu
- Next choose if you would like to Delete Comments or Keep Comments. If you choose to Delete Comments you will be prompted again to confirm the deletion as this is permanent and they cannot be recovered once deleted.
- Click Delete Comments again if you are sure you'd like to purge the Zeck of all Comments
- If needed, an Admin can also Unarchive a Zeck by going through steps 1 & 2 above and then choosing Unarchive. Be aware that if you chose to Delete Comments those will still be gone.
