Let’s go over how to set up your Zeck account.
Included in this article:
1. Account Creation
The decent humans at Zeck will get your account up and running. Make sure you have clarified any spelling and/or punctuation specifics for your company name (e.g. do you use all lowercase letters? What about atypical spacing?) and we’ll get you up and running.
2. Sign In
Once your company account has been set up in Zeck you will receive a notification email welcoming you to Zeck. Included in the email will be a link to set up your account.
To Set Up Your Account:
- Click the Set Up Your Profile link in your Zeck Welcome Email
- This will take you to the Zeck Sign in Page. If this is your first time using Zeck, create an account.
- Enter Your First and Last Name
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Enter a password into the Password field
- Click Create Secure Account
- Click the Set Up Your Profile link in your Zeck Welcome Email
- This will take you to the Zeck Sign in Page. If this is your first time using Zeck, create an account.
- Enter Your First and Last Name
- Enter your email address in the Email field
- Enter a password into the Password field
- Click Create Secure Account
3. Password Reset
Did you forget your Zeck login credentials? No problem.
To Reset your Password:
- Go to the Zeck Sign In page
- Click on the Having Trouble Signing In link
- Enter your email address in the Email Box
- Click Send Me Secure Reset Instructions
- If your email address is associated with an existing Zeck account, you will receive an email with further instructions
- In the Reset Password email, click the Change Password button. This will take you to a page where you can input your new password.
- Type your new password into the New Password field. Type your new password again into the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Change Password.
- Congrats, your new password is set and you are ready to go. Return to the secure Sign In page and enter your new credentials. 🎉
